Terms & Conditions

Valid from 6 October 2026 until 4 November 2026, or while stock lasts.

1. Who can join

New to G Store: a customer placing their first paid order with us.

Our clients: a customer with an account who has at least one previous paid and delivered order with G Store.

2. The gift for new customers

  • Order 10,000 EGP or more and receive a gift worth 30% of your order value.
  • Prepaid orders only. Cash on delivery orders do not qualify.
  • Choose your gift from our fragrances, watches and wallets, subject to availability. Our team confirms your choice on WhatsApp before shipping.
  • If the piece you choose is worth more than your gift value, you pay only the difference.
  • The gift ships with your order. It cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or a discount, and unused gift value is not carried over.
  • If the order is cancelled or returned, the gift must be returned with it, unused and in its original packaging; otherwise its value is deducted from any refund. If an exchange brings the order below 10,000 EGP, the gift must be returned unused, or its value paid.

3. Reserve Credit for our clients

  • Order 25,000 EGP or more and receive 40% of your order value back as Reserve Credit.
  • The credit is sent to you on WhatsApp as a personal code after your order is delivered.
  • Spend it on anything in the store, in one order, within 60 days of issue.
  • The credit can cover up to half of your next order: your next order must be at least twice the credit value.
  • The code is personal: one use, not transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.
  • If the qualifying order is cancelled or returned, the credit is cancelled; if it was already used, its value is deducted from any refund. If an exchange brings the order below 25,000 EGP, the credit is cancelled.

4. General terms

  • One benefit per order. The gift and the Reserve Credit cannot be combined with each other or with any other discount or code.
  • Order value means the price of the items you pay for, after any discount and before shipping fees.
  • Splitting one purchase into several orders, or using several accounts or phone numbers to receive more than one benefit, is not allowed.
  • All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Delivery across Egypt usually takes 1–3 working days.
  • Every piece arrives with its own numbered Certificate of Authenticity from G Store.
  • Exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as set out in our Returns & Exchanges Policy, for unworn pieces with all tags, packaging and the certificate. Gifts are not exchanged separately.
  • G Store may cancel a benefit or an order in case of misuse, a pricing error or suspected fraud. If G Store cancels an order, any amount paid for it is refunded.
  • G Store may update or end this programme at any time. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
